For home audio, correct? Have you considered a larger, more efficient box with less power?

home audio, plate amp is only 150 watt, box is largest i can fit. so for port length, I need the port including both flares to equal the total length?

I'd personally do bigger and tune lower, something like 2.5-3ft^3 at 20-22hz, but hopefully this works out for you.
