Dumb Question

As I said before, this is a bumbass question to you guys.

I have 2 10" SVC 4ohm subs running in Parralel mode = 2ohms. Each sub has a rather small rating of only 150w rms / 300w peak. Should I figure the subs to now be 300w rms / 600w peak since there is a 2 ohm load now?

I know these are small BS subs compared to what you guys hit. But, this is for a small funds SQ system.

Fosgate P1S410 subs

Alpine V-Power Amp MRP-M450

220w rms x 1 @ 4 ohms (400w rms x 1 @ 2 ohms)

Is this amp too small for these subs? Going in a Thunderform box under the back seat of my son's Dodge truck.

If you have 2 150rms sub's then the pair needs 300rms. The 2 ohm load doesn't really matter in term's of the subwoofers that just tell's you what ohm load your amp need's to be the get the right amount of power. For those sub's that alpine amp would be just fine. Also ignore any and all peak number's as they really mean nothing.
