Dumb question............pioneer 4100 dvd unit

OK im sure im going to get flamed but owell.... i have a pioneer 4100 dvd hu , im going to run a single set of comps in my truck. Can i use the front and rear + and - from each side to power them. So use the left positives and the left negatives to run my left side crossover mid and tweet? so connect the front and rear out put + &- together. the 4100 puts out 22 wrms x4 i was thinking is there a way to get 44wrms x2 out of the unit?
