i have a kicker 1000.1

its rms is 500@4ohms and 1000@2ohms, well do need to get a rockford T2 that is dual 4 ohms or dual 2 ohms? or does it not matter?

well do you want to push it at 4ohm or 2ohm...?

if 4, get the dual 2

if 2, get the dual 4.

assuming the T2 can handle 1000 watts (which i wouldnt think it could) then you need a dual 4

if it can only handle 500w then the dual 2

and that sub will not handle 1000 watts... get the dual 2

Dual 4 sub should work better for you as you can get the most from that amp at a 2 ohm load.

4 0hm or 2 ohm sub will work.Just go to rockfordfosgate.com..4 ohm can be wired to a 2 ohm load and a 2 ohm will make .5 ohm

im not familiar with the sub, but familiar enough with RF stuff...

and if they are listing the max at 1kw, its probably rated at closer to 300-400 RMS (guessing)
