How do I mount the sub to the box? Ok, yeah I know I drill holes and screw it in, but do I have to put anything on the back of the mounting frame? Like some kind of seal to keep air from leaking out? Or am I suppose to just screw it on and call it a day? I know air leaks are bad so I'm just trying to avoid a mistake. Any particular type of screws I should use or just whatever fits? Thanks.

If it is against carpet it will seal fine with the carpet. If you are mounting wood, against the metal basket you will need to get a rubber gasket to fit around the hole. You can use 1 1/2 inch wood screws to secure it. I would predrill each hole with a small drill bit to keep from splitting the wood.

The speaker should be snug, but not to tight. If it is to tight and you force it in the hole you will warp the basket and cause voice coil rub. NOT GOOD.

Wow. That's a nice truck. Where I live there are few cars and trucks that use only one amplifier to power the speakers. So already noticeable there is no subwoofer added to the car. This is a...

And even then the Demons are a nice subwoofer. Heard a pair of those in the 10" locally Monday afternoon on around 1,200 watts and for a sealed box in a very small 4 door car they hit really nice...

This is my thought as well. Would be a much better box volume if you could buy the 12" version of those subs.
