how much of advantage in SQ do you have with dual subs in stereo? Because i'm not sure there are TOO many sound engineers who get specific with the lower frequencies on recordings. But, having said that, I finally hooked up both of my w3s and it sounds alot better than just one. not just in terms of SPL, but the bass seems tighter for some reason. Also, i hear alot of ppl talking about how JL subs are decent but overly expensive. Well, do you think they are worth keeping IF you ALREADY have them? or should i dump them off on some highschool kid and get something better? thankz

let me rephrase my questions, lol:

first off: the question about sq with dual subs is my main question

second: i actually "like" my JLs, but can I get BETTER for the 150.00 i spent for both 12s? im thinkin no..

i also noticed if i have ONE sub hooked up to one channel on a 2 channel amp is just sounds ...... bleh. when i add a second, not only does the first one hit harder, but it also produces more sound and has a good punch to it.

this is also the case for my friend who has 2 10w0s on a punch200 amp
