dual stock alts

is there anyway i could run dual stock alternators? i know i would have to get a bigger belt but where would i get a bracket for those?

What vehicle is it for, year make and model? If you can't find one you could always either make one, or get one machined for you, but I'm sure we can find one online.

why not just spend the money where its worth it and buy a h.o. alt

Some people feel that dual stocks put out better at idle than a h.o. alt.

And also, with a HO alt running as high as $400, you can get another stock alt, and even a bracket machined (if they're nice), for less.

ok well i have a 1993 chevy 1500. i already have two stock alternators so if you guys could find a bracket or could hook me up with a number of someone that makes them or something it would be greatly appreciated.

Look in the phone book for a machine shop if you can't find any online. I'm sure they'd do it for ya.
