i got 2 12" rl-p's and lookin for hopefully fit a ported box in my car. max dimensions are 37.5" W, 20.5" D, and 14.5" H. Can I fit ~1.75 net cubic ft. per chamber tuned to 32 Hz? Driver displacement is .18

Using those Max dimensions and taking into account that the structure will be built out 3/4" mdf and also subtracting the .18 for driver displacement your at 2.34 cuft per side. The displacement of the port has Not been taken into consideration.

if you did a 13" h x 4" w port that was 26.5" long that would give you 32hz with 1.91cu' / sub...enjoy
