dual fuse ground

i just got myself a new dual fuse distributor with bigger fuses 150 because i was popping my old fuse wich was only 80. i was wondering if i have to ground it . and where on the fuse distributor can i ground it does it matter where i put the wire . thanks fo ranswering my ground wire question. as for the farade capacitor i just want to knwo hwo to wire it . i have one idmax 12in one 1600 brutus hifonics amp. alpine hu

 
if your asking if you need to ground your distro block the answer is no... but im too tired to decode that post of yours to help any further at this moment.

don't tell him to get rid of the cap if you don't know what your talking about. Yes in most installs caps are useless but if installed correctly they can be beneficial. If you don't know 100% of his system specs then don't give him advice like that. If he has a powerful electrical system to back that cap then yeah, it can help.
