Dual DD 2510 2ohm or 4 ohm?

I'm connecting these to an m2a , are the m2a stable@.5 ohm? Anyone have experience with it?

Is there a sound difference between 2ohm and 4 ohm

i would get d4 and run them at a 1ohm final load. 1500w is more than enough for the 2500 series. you be using stock electrical?

My old 2510 took 1200+ daily until I dropped below tuning and there went the spiders..... Oh and yes the m2a is stable at .5ohm as long as u can support the draw...

I am running stock electrical , but I will definitely be getting a bigger battery and upgrading my big 3. Would it be better just to run a 3510? I read they aren't as musical

when you say daily you mean you could run it a 1200w for half hour without smelling the coils? i couldnt do that with my 2512.

I mean hooked up to my aq2200 @ 2ohm on a solid 13v system I could play daily. No smells, no issues. 1.8cf tuned to 36.5hz

Stop clipping and that smell would not have been smelt.....

Also, lets not forget music is dynamic.................................................

yeah my 2510 is running off m2a @ 2 ohm and My electrical is showing 13.8 i'm maxing out the 2 ohm limit and that's why i need another 2510 and a custom box for them
