Hello,

This is my first post, be kind.My current set up in the family wagon (Explorer) is a single CVX12-4 in a Kicker box w/ Pioneer TS-A6882R 4-ways on all doors.Deck is a Kenwood Excelon KDC-X791.I just purchased another CVX12-4

& would like to make a clean sounding box.Was looking at the free box plans & not sure witch way to go.I have plenty room behind the rear seat. These woofers need between 1.75-2.25 cu.ft.? what would be the way to go.4.4@35 or 4.6@35 or how about 5@34.Thanks for your help.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

i have ran cvxs and the BEST sound i have found is this...

2.84 cubes PER woofer tuned to 36 htz. so 5.68 cubes tuned to 36 htz. and do double chamber. they get nasty in single chamber boxs. hope this helps

Sweet box dappa5.Have one more ?.Since this is the family wagon which basically means the grocery go getter, how about subs or port facing up so no worries of doing any damage.I had to put a grill/bars on the current box for this same reason.Stuff always ends up against the box while driving around town.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbcool.gif.25d3f515a7f948dd6be51428263071ef.gif
