Dual batteries or 10 farad cap ?

Hi,

i'm going to run two subwoofers :

1- JBL GTI 12", rated 700 RMS

2- Punch HX2 15", rated 600 RMS

with jbl bpx2200.1 amp

can i use 10 farad rockford fosgate digital cap with stock battery / alt instead of dual batteries system ?

btw: i'm using normal battery because deep cycle batteries (eg. YellowTop) are unavailable in my country and i can't even buy it from ebay.

so even if i'm going to add 2nd battery both would be normal ones.

just saying if it would matter.

Use what is available to you in terms of batteries. Deep cycling are for playing with engine off. Second, choose which sub you want to run. Dont run different sub's. 3, do big 3 upgrade and you can be safe running a single battery and stock alt.

First thing. Don't mix subs

Second thing. Those caps are a gimmick. Real caps are around 300-500 farad capacity.

Lookup maxwell ultracapacitors. Get a good bank of it and you wont even need a battery.
