Dual amps + capacitor wiring

So i'm putting a new sound system in my 1994 civic ex coupe.

Im going dual amps

a rockford fosgate p400-4 amp to 4 alpine Type R 6-1/2 coaxials

then an undecided(looking for recommendations) amp for 2 12" Alpine Type R subs

Plus an undecided capacitor

Ive thought about it a little and i'm going to get 2 1/3 distribution blocks so i can split power into three and combine all grounds into one. What gauges should i go for wiring? 0/1 for power and ground and split into 4 gauge and distribution blocks into the amps and capacitor? Or would A rockford fosgate AWG 4 gauge wiring be good? i'm looking at 1400 rms minimum but depending on sub amp could got up to 1600 probably rms.

scratch the capacitor idea and make sure you do the big 3 as far as wiring goes it depends on the other amp for what it takes but it will prolly be 4 gauge just do 1/0 to a distro block then 4 gauge out to the amps no use in a distro on the ground side
