Dual Amplifier Installation Advice Needed for this case

I am doing a 2 amp installation, In the past I have installed 2 amps, split the remote wire (no issues on this one) I have always used the same ground for both amps since I have installed them close to each other.

My question: Is it recommended, if I can not avoid it, to use different grounds for 2 amps? the reason for this is, one will be near the dash/kick panel and the other one under the rear seat

You should be alright, just make sure to keep the rcas away from the power wire.

Pwr wire isn't a noise source.

^^ what? running pwr wire and rca's alongside or crossing over each other will produce unwanted noise
