Dual amp turn on lead?

I'm going to be installing two amps soon in my new vehicle and I'm wondering if I can use 1 turn on lead from the hu then splice it a few feet from the amps then run them individually to each amp. Thanks.

That is what I did; I have it turning on two amps and a crossover. I do not think it is causing any problems.
