what would be better to run on 2 l712" solo barics Kicker. dual 4 ohm or dual 2 ohm

The amp im gonna get is tBX1500d, can these both be ran at 1 ohm? and is either one a better choice

You would have to get the DVC 4ohm models and wire them parallel/parallel to a 1ohm load.

There is no difference performance wise from a DVC 4ohm to a DVC 2ohm, provided that they are the same model and same size.

If that amp is one ohm stable then yes as above. Get the dual 4 ohm subs and you can run them at 1 ohm by hooking them up parallel/parallel.

You can either run one of the dvc 2 ohms and parralel it down to 1 ohm or get 2 dvc 4 ohms and paralel it down to 1 ohm either way you will have a one ohm load on the amplifier.
