dual 4 @ 2ohms baric

my lanzar heritage mono amp produces only low frequencies..

now,i run my S15L7 solo baric in a 8cu.ft ported box,w/ this amp..

inside the vehicle,is loud..so loud that my friends put their head outside when it the system is on..

the only problem is that i can't hear any loud bass outside the vehicle..i don't hear it..but they told me that it makes their house appliances shake,but they don't hear loud bass..what can i do?

i wanted a dual 2 baric,so i could run it @4ohms..but there's no more..this was the last piece of S15L7's..

how can i improve my bass?i always try to set the gains..i didn't know that this amp produces low freq only and not capable of mid/high freq..

SPL is what i want..but i want to be noticed too..from far far far away..

As most monoblock amps are intended for subwoofer usage that makes sense...

That, to me, sounds like the result of a properly sound-deadened vehicle. Do you drive from the inside of the car or from the exterior somehow? Did you buy your system for yourself or to impress others and/or advertise that you have equipment that might be worth someone's time and effort to steal?

Buy whatever voice coil configuration is appropriate for the amp you intend to run it with. It isn't going to sound any different from one configuration to another...it just changes the resistance load presented to the amp driving them.

Again - most monoblock amplifiers are intended for subwoofer duty. Taking into consideration your substage should pick up around 80Hz give or take they do not need to be able to reproduce the midrange or high-range frequencies well (or at all) to drive a subwoofer.

i drive from the inside..for myself and for being sure that whenever i cross w/ someone w/ a system on,i'm not the first to shut it down..

a lots of posers here in the philippines..

i thought this sub would be heard from blocks away..it surely does,but not mine for now..

yeah,the sub is not able to produce mid\high freq at all..

my only problem is that i can barely hear it..

my prev cheap kicker es 400w-150rms only sounds louder outside?they can hear it from blocks away..inside the vehicle?just cool..not like the baric..

the screws of my vehicle are loose now..

i've spent lots of money,and i can't even appreciate it..

the position of the sub box will might help?lately,i've put the sub in a passive position..am i right?i've inverted the sub position?

what's the best for this situation?

they told me that a baric sound louder at 4ohm?i'm a newbie on sounds setups..can someone tell me the diff. bet. 1,2,4ohms?

yeah,i sound stupid w/ that "being noticed from far away"..it's just that from the very first day,till now,i'm not satified w/ what i' hear..

2000w are enough for being heard at distance..but mine doesn't..

I agree, but I also feel him in a way...

Because there are those times that you do want to stunt, and show off your beats.

It's kind of fun going to the club with the dirty *** Alero, and chilling outside of the club, banging out, impressing all the *****es, and putting the drug dealers in their nice little Cadillac Escalade with 24" inch rims on them to shame, with the car audio game. Granted, you have lots more money than me Mr. Hustler, and your car has probably been washed within the last few months, and it also features a passenger side window, but your car isn't louder than mine, hoe! Get ya low game up.

I actually had a flock of chicks chill ion my car, just because my music was loud... Car is dirty and f'ed up as hell, but "Who's car is this?" the chicks say. That right there is more than enough reason for me to want to be loud.

do powerful subs made for ourselves?

if i want sound system just for myself,i won't buy a baric..a 15" baric..i'd rather buy a 10" orion,or else..

that's why there are powerful subs..3000w,4000w,10000w..i bet you don't want to make them move at full gain w/ your windows up i think..

Since you obviously don't get it, to put it politely;

YOU DON'T HAVE A FUCKING PROBLEM

The sub not sounding loud outside of the vehicle is not a "problem". It's an extremely good thing. If you think otherwise, then please sell all of your audio equipment and stick with a stock setup, because it's the dipshits that think they need to be heard from 10 blocks away that not only give the hobby a bad name, but also cause local authorities to strengthen laws against our hobby.

Little to no sonic difference between them. The main difference is that the different impedances will receive a different amount of power from the amplifier.

when i put the sub upside down position..or inverted?w/ the magnet outside..you know..

i don't know how to call it..is it good?

no,i'm frustrated w/ this because me prev. sub, a kicker es 15" 400w,sounds louder outside..it wasn't enough for me,so that's why i bougth a 15" baric..i tot this would sounds much louder..you see the difference:400w vs 2000w..the 400w louder outside,the 2000w just louder inside..

i'm not worried here of heaving my system stolen..because here,they wont..i have my own reasons..i know this place..not like in the U.S,anything can happen..

now,there are a lot of vehicle here competing w/ each others on the street,on a club..and i don't wanna go home w/ somebody who's laughin' because i sound "like this"..
