dual 2 subs getting .2 ohm?!

I got two dual 2 Massive Hippos Im wired in parallel but getting a weird reading. ..it bounced all over with my multimeter then I got my dads expensive one and it stayed stable but I was only getting .2-.3 at the amp terminals? !? Is this possible or just the multimeter

If u have it wired at .5 and the meter has .2-.3 resistance then that is right..set the meter to ohms and touch the pos and neg of the meter together and see what it reads then check the subs and add the meters resistance to that
