Dual 12 Box Ported

i have a mazda 3 hatch,i need suggestions for two cvx 12's in a ported box,what box design would get loud with these.i'll be runnin a zx1500.1 on them.space i have available is 18" tall,37-38" wide,29-30" deep.in other words,subs up port back,or subs back port back and with aero ports or square ports.i need professional opinions here please.thanks for any info you can provide.

but which way should i face subs,and aero or square ports ? if i was running 2000watts i would face them up with aero ports,but i dont know bout only 1500 watts

ya 4-4.5 cubes around 35 should be good, face them back towards trunk unless you going to fire them in cabin and seal them off.

what about aero ports,would they be more efficient than square ?

what size is your single CVX in?

somewhere in the 2.4 range.it is a modified prefab and come to find out the port is too small when i crank the sub.3" x 12" and 17 "long.it sounds good,but not too good inthe port if i raise the hatch

alright i would try 4 cubes at around 32hz i have my type Rs in that right now and they get pretty loud.

32hz too low for me lol,thats what the box came tuned too,had something like 30" long port
