Read up on express consent laws. You don't have to submit to the test, but there are still consequences, like license suspension.

seriously whats the use in driving ****ed up. just ask someone to give you a ride.... i was in no way comprehending last night from my love and so i asked my friends to take me to walmart.
pretty wal mart lights and car rides ftw.

kinda difficult for me. I live almost 40 miles from my school so usually if i have to go into the city i will call up and smoke... then i gotta drive home, if i dont do something else for a while. Plus i usually smoke at lunch during the school year so someone ends up having to drive... usually not me though because i only have 2 seats. Also i usually just drive around the block to smoke since i live in a apartment... im moving to a house on friday.

Or put some traffic lights, intersections, lots of other cars, pedestrians, etc on the course and see what happens.

As said above, blood test. If you refuse the blood test you lose your license on the spot for a year. The paper you sign when you get your driver's license allows them to do this. Atleast in Colorado.

Technically, since there isn't a definition on what constitutes an acceptable limit onbeing under the influence on weed, they can convict you if it shows up in your system. It would fall under "Driving under the Influence" at least in cali and colorado.

I've done it since I've had my license, and never had ANY problems. I've drove literally thousands of times without an incident. It is not comparable to drunk driving in any way.

It is comparable to driving drunk, both impare your ability to drive. I've been so high sometimes I couldn't get off the couch to go get some chips in the kitchen. I've also been high enough to forget what I just said 2 seconds before, or forget what I was just doing. I'm guessing that kind of imparement could affect a person's driving ability as well.
