Driving stoned?

The question still remains...why do you HAVE to be high while driving? Why can't you just sober up and then drive. If you smoke so often you can't avoid driving high you have a problem.

The problem is I smoke a lot, if I were not to drive high I would be a hermit in my house 24/7

The other issue I have is with the people out there on all kinds of ****ed up prescription drugs driving around all day long and its LEGAL. I would rather someone be a little stoned driving than someone out there driving around on percocets all day for a mythical 'back problem'

On the prescription drug front, in some states that can be a dui if you are impared by the drug. Thats a whole nother thread though, this one is for stoners that drive. After I smoke and get the munchies(which I usually do like a madman) is when I take the time to down my protein shake. Makes it more enjoyable or shall I say not so nasty.

Only problem is I end up with a cart worth $130 full of muchies and no actual good food like chicken or veggies or anything just like 10 little mini Freindlys sundaes, some muffins, PB & Fluff, mozz sticks and a bunch of horribly bad food for me.

Make sure you keep the car clean and smelling clean. I got pulled over for tints 3 and a half years ago and the officer said he smelled weed and searched the car and my dumbass friend didn't tell me he shoved a pipe and a dime bag in the back seat. Well, they found it when they tore my car apart. Only got probation and it's expunged now, but just be safe, lots of cops have nothing better to do.

I drove high all the time when I smoked 4 times a day, and it didn't make a diff to me cause I was so used to being high. =/ If you only smoke once a while and still get real messed up from a blunt, then think twice about driving hehe

forgive me if it has been posted because i didn't read the whole thread, but they have a few tests now they can do on roadside for marijuana.

they can do the good ol flashlight and pupils. that could be a dui.

they also have a swab test for inside of your mouth...

and now in my town at least, they have flashlights that they shine at you that registers alcohol in your breath and i have heard but not actually experienced it but supposedly marijuana as well.

Nah, I never drove with pipes. He shoved it in my seat a while before that and never told me. When I asked him he was like OHHH I forgot about that! Oh you forgot dumb fu
I don't talk to him anymore, he's off screwing his life up smoking crack and snorting now.. Not my thing =P
