Driving stoned?

I Used to do it every day, drive powerbaked on the one hitter quiter, Id never get paranoid I'd just tell myself that everythings the SAME as it always was your just baked,

these days in time no way I have kids now ....

The weed affects yalls brain so negatively, you don't even have the ability to realize you are making bad decisions. At least most drunk people know they shouldn't be driving.
LOL

"yall"

and

"At least most drunk people know they shouldn't be driving."

you must be smoking crack, or hangin with a bunch of straight edges

ironically enough...DUI checkpoint / roadblock

so me smoking a blunt is different that smoking a cigarette, eating a hamburger, texting, putting on make up... i don't see it.

you're just trying to prove a point that you can not. thats why there is no legislation against being high while driving (at least that i know of), and there are way worse things that could kill someone other then my eyes being red and me being a bit hungry.
I can't even count how many times you're wrong in this thread and I haven't even finished it.

Want to know what texting, eating a hamburger, and putting on make-up have in common? They are NOT mind altering substances. If you put that shit down, distraction is over. High as ****, no turning back.Time is the only thing that will sober you.

Like I said, if YOU are the one who gets hit while hot boxing then you'll be the one that gets ****ed over.

BTW: There is a charge called internal possession //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I drive high as **** all the time, i take drives just to go smoke. **** you if you don't like it. just because YOU think YOU can't handle it doesn't mean other people cant . ***** ***** half yall whine like *****es or some wanna be police
Sorry to bring you back to reality but

FYI Just because YOU think YOU can handle it, doesn't mean you can //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Ask yourself this: why do you use any sort of drug/alcohol? To alter your state of being, which is a byproduct of altering the way your brain processes information.

I'm sorry, but I do not want anyone driving on the roads with me who's brain is processing information (whether it be visual, auditory or perceptual) different than it normally would. There is no comparison between alcohol and marijuana, primarily because they are different substances. However, marijuana has a different effect on everyone, just like how some people get loud and obnoxious, horny, or mean when they drink.

It's just not worth it; back in my early college days I had an invincible feeling. Drove home from the bar one night drunk (although still fairly coherent and in no way "plastered"), but I shouldn't have been drinking. I pulled out of a parking lot, smacked the side of my truck on a guard rail. Screwed my truck up pretty bad, got a DWI, MIP, numerous fees and a tainted record (although I got the MIP dropped and the DWI reduced to a DUI). I look back and realize how stupid what I was doing was, and although it was an awful experience, am glad it happened to snap me back into reality. I'm lucky I didn't smack into someone walking on the sidewalk, or a car with a family in it.

It was unfortunate I had to realize how stupid I was to drive after having been drinking by getting in the situation I did, but it is even more unfortunate that it will probably take a similar situation to bring the supporters of driving while high back down to earth (lol, no pun intended).

I know when I drive drunk, the whole time I'm thinking, "I shouldn't be doing this". Apparently yall are so doped up, you don't know right from wrong.

actually there is no test were they can prove that you are high, so its not illegal to be stoned and driving, but if they beleive you are high, then they will search your car very carefully to see if you are holding
This is completelty true...

They cannot arrest you or even drug test u .. IT IS NOT ILLEGAL TO BE HIGH.. ONLY TO POSESS !!!

MARIJUANA IS LEGAL IN DENVER .. heres the LINK..

You mean there's no such thing as people getting arrested for "driving under the influence" of anything other than alcohol???

Dumbass...

I have been smoking daily 14+ years, however now that I have a job I need to keep, a mortgage and family to support I typically try not to drive stoned when I can but still do it a few times a month. No matter what anyone says I know I drive more cautiously when stoned and drive safer if anything.

Though I am very anti-drunk driving so at times I do feel like a hypocrite I know the two are not the same no matter how much you drive to prove it differently.

I am having kids soon (In fact I am going home to try and make one in about two hours) so once my kid is born the days of nice fishbowls and morning blunt rides will be gone forever or for at least 18 years //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

The fact that you have to drive more cautiously when high means that your brain processing is altered and you wouldn't have to put as much effort into being cautious if you were sober. The fact that you feel the need to be more cautious means that you realize your state of mind is altered, but you choose to ignore it. (Note: I am not saying you shouldn't put effort into being cautious while driving).

As cool as it sounds, it's not legal in Denver. State law overrides city, they'll still give you a ticket.

It was more or less just used as a stepping stone.

BTW: I'd read up on some DUID and internal posession laws if I were you //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

The question still remains...why do you HAVE to be high while driving? Why can't you just sober up and then drive. If you smoke so often you can't avoid driving high you have a problem.

You crazy potheads
