Driving+No radio=Death

OK, I bought my car from a younger guy whose dad just passed away. His dad disabled the radio because he thought his kid wasn't a good enough driver to have a radio. So, when I bought the car, it doesn't have a radio. The radio is not getting any power.I have:

-checked the radio fuse

-looked for any unplugged wires but not found any.

-Antenna is plugged in

In a BMW, all the brains are underneath the backseat, so that should be easier.

What model BMW E36/46 E30?? or 325 525 what and does it have H/K ?? I work on BMW's so maybe can help you or if you are unsure of what you have take some pics of the H/U..

Does the BMW's of that year have the radio security system? Where if the radio is disconnected, it will get power but it won't play until you press a certain button combo?

It's an e34.

Yes it does, but the radio will not power on for me to enter a code.
