Double DIn or Flip out

I just bought my SUV and looking to buy a new headunit.. it will be acouple weeks before i can get it but i'd like to look around and get some good reviews on a certain one.. I'm either looking for a Double Din or a Flip out screen.. not sure which yet... is there any pioneers of them in the 300-350 price range?

Do a double DIN headunit if you have the room, I always find flipouts scary because the mechanism that retracts the screen is so delicate.

Yeah what i was gonna go for... im driving a ford explorer seems like enough room for a double DIN.. but i was wondering whats the best name brand to get right now thats popular and has good reviews?

Kenwood has some nice double dins out...but your budget is going to have to go up significantly.

I'd say Kenwood and Pioneer are the way to go for double-din navi's, but it's pretty pricey.
