Last week I ordered 20 sq ft of Damplifier, and just got it the other day and had to time to put it on today.

Seal up what holes?

I'm fairly new to deadening..this was my first time. I only used 12 sq ft, I still have 8 sq ft left, what should I do with it?

Ohhhh I only thought you deaden that one outside panel that I did......

Roll dem winders up and deaden the inside of the door.

You need to do the outer skin of the door, at least two layers...and I realize those Polk's are temporary, but when the real speakers come you should mount them on a baffle of 3/4" MDF and modeling clay.

And how do I go about sealing up the big holes? 1/4" mdf?

i used some aluminum roofing material i got at lowes for like $5, cut to size, secured with self tappers and deadened over with like 2-3 layers, made a huge difference. i'm sure there are more 'solid' ways to do it though

btw -- i'm getting an accord soon too //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif most likely an 01 or 02 EX sedan..what kinda rainbows are you ordering?

1/4" mdf should do fine.. but it might be soak up moisture. You can possibly use some lexan or plexi.

aluminum flashing actually works quite well, but I doubled mine and used a couple layers of dampening on both sides.
