Door Speakers not working???

I recently installed a new cd player for my friend and for some reason the door speakers and back speakers arent working. i've installed about 5 cd decks already so im pretty sure its not the wiring. if i plug the rca's of his sub amp into the rear audio output they act as normal speakers, not subs.

his door speakers worked b4 this new cd player.

It depends on what deck you put in there but some of them have an option in the setup to turn off the internal amp if you are not using them that is what i would check first
