Door speaker replacement 04 Toy Landcruiser

My passenger side door speaker needs replacing and I just can't see giving the dealership $450 for that job. The speaker is a component type 86160-0w340 2.0 ohm 30W. I found where I could get one shipped as cheap as $270 plus $30 shipping but would like to know if there is a cheaper way to go and still get the great sound the factory speaker gave me. I'm willing to buy a pair and replace both if need be.
