yeah bro you get that fabric on there as tight as it pulls and you can do crazy shit with it.

good job

you should be glassing into that lip of the mids, gonna be a weak point at that peak, atleast resin it, wont do much of anyhting to clearance, just dont put glass in there if its a tight fit already witht he speaker
if i were you, i would add any more layers to the back side, and not even do the front side anymore, espically by the rings.

then itll make your prep time that much easier.

Why did you put the mid way back like that on the 2nd set? Your seat and or leg will be blocking most of that..............and I get shit about where my tweet is, lol!

Looks good, just not sure why you went with it so far back. I would have made kicks and did a 3-way if I had the funds..........with a 7" kick, 6'1/2" in door and tweet in A pillar.......maybe one day.

That side came out a hair different because I did one side, and Ryan did the other. So, the profile was a bit thinner, and he had a hump under the rear mid. We're going to have to cut the back out on both sides, though, to allow the magnet to clear.

looks like a game over door

post something next to it for a size reference please.

After you got done stretching them good and tight, did you put them back on the door panels to make sure you didn't warp them? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Not yet. I'm going back to Jax in a week or so to pick them up and get them put on my doors. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

No, he means when you stretch the material and attatch to the back mold... it can warp the back mold itself... especially when you resin and it heats up...
