Door pods for first timer

So this weekend I'm going to tackle fiberglassing my first set of real pods. Have some smd sunflash so I can't mess up the resin. Where my doors are my speakers would hit the seats. So do I dremel out the door panel to accommodate this issue? And then if so do I Fiberglass that openening(like a small pit) and then dowel rod my speaker placement? Have mdf rings. Any helpful tips for a first timer is appreciated. And then once I'm done do I leave pods sealed or do i cut out the back? I'm a noob to this and would greatly appreciate some positive advice. I'd love to support the local shop but feel once I do it my self I'll have something to be proud of. I got the fleecing and chop mat then bindo part down but not sure on how to start I guess. thanks for info in advance. I've watched a lot of you tube vids but there's nothing that's really been a good video that explains in real detail that I've found.
