door panels from scratch?

hey whats up. im making my door panals from scratch. i plan to make a mold, mdfs, stretch fleece, bondo, sand, prime, paint. wud that work. another thing. anyone from ohio. preferably southern? thankz guys. peace

I'd say build off that. Molding will be a B***H!

UNLESS u plan on selling custom panels.... because u can't use the same mold for passengar door.

before doing anything I'd check JL audio's website for the tutorials...they will run you through something that will help you out...from those pics, im not seing anything custom...except a bad bondo job. work on some small things before you jump into a project like this....IMO not to knock your work, but you dont want to waste materials and time on something like this. It looks like theres about a half gallon of bondo on that thing. haha i dont even know what it is. explain some more //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
