First off welcome to the forum. There's a couple of bretheren on here from Ohio. Can't remember who right off hand ( I'm old give me a break //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif ) Let's see some pics of your progress when you get started. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Weee, got some serious sanding to do there my brother. Especially if that's your mold. A mold has to be super smooth to ease popping the panels out. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

before doing anything I'd check JL audio's website for the tutorials...they will run you through something that will help you out...from those pics, im not seing anything custom...except a bad bondo job. work on some small things before you jump into a project like this....IMO not to knock your work, but you dont want to waste materials and time on something like this. It looks like theres about a half gallon of bondo on that thing. haha i dont even know what it is. explain some more //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
