yea sony HUs are good, but xplods are terrible subs. where i got my subs they had 2 xplod 12s hooked up and they just sucked, period. they were on a decent amp too, but they were just terrible. my friend has 2 in a bandpass and i can barely hear them. and i always see an ad for "buy one $39 xplod sub get the next 65 free!" or something in that manner //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Sony dubs do what they say they say 250 rms and thats what my 10's do i have the red cone and they do fine considering i got them for free I dont really like my sony head unit tho (even tho i got it for free too) my friend has a jvc and the same sony sub that i have in his car and it souns so much better then mine.... ti like it doesnt have enough options or mabe its my cheap *** jensen amp (that i got for free)i had it bridged to one sub one tiime because it woulndt bridge right for 2 (maybe it because my 200 watt amp kit i got for free is crap) well my system can just seem to function right maybe its cause my front speakers were blow out by my friends so my experiance with sony subs hu, and 6'9's ok....... something just doesnt sound right
