Don't buy things off craigslist without testing.

Ok so I just bought a phoenix gold xs2500 amp off craigslist. I was gonna test it but it conviently enough didn't have any. So I go ok I'll just trust this guy. I get it home and it make high pinch noises,the power light is on really dim and blows fuses in about 3 seconds. I had the exact same amp in the car 4 days ago and it worked fine. Learned my lesson don't buy things without testing. Anyways is this amp fixable? Or does anyone know why it keep makin noises and blowing fuses? Or did I just get screwed...

i would talk to db-r or PM him, he knows alot about amps and i think he owns his own amp repair shot, talk to him about it.

I just talked to the guy who sold it to me. He said it was workin perfectly fine. So I'm gonna go get it tested at car toys or some other audio place tomorrow.
