I wouldn't do yellow either, stands out a bit much. When I was looking for a new car I found an '02 Carerra but it was an ugly color, champagne. Now I found a black one that is from '00 and they both had about 70k miles. If mileage wasn't an issue, I would have picked it up for the 23k instead of my G35.

Some of the cars that were pictured above were nice, others were ridiculous. I still wouldn't drive the nice ones unless rims were smaller, I don't like feeling the road, I prefer comfort.

All these cars look like the toy cars you can get. If the cars inspired the toys, my bad. Either way, I associate ugly ***, too big for the car rims, with stupid paint jobs with toys.

And I will not respect it. If it's such an "artform" people can handle disrespect, since all other artists do.

Well just because someone can paint, does not essentially make it art. Art takes time, practice, and more than one try usually. This is just money wasted.

People are going to look back at alot of these vehicles and wonder why we wasted our time with them.

"They" don't care about a nice house...they put their money where they think it counts. "They" do not "live" in their house they sleep there.

First, i don't get what you are trying to imply by quoting things, but when I refer t they, I am not talking about race or ethnicity or people in a specific geographical location. I'm talkin about the people who do that to their vehicles, it could be a Russian midget for all I care, I'll still refer to them as "they".

And if they didn't care about where they live, like I said, why do people complain about living in the projects or the hood? It's not about living in a house, it's about a location and it's ammenities. I guess you would prefer living in an area where there's gangs, violence, drugs, transvestites, prostitutes, etc in front of your house....but you can have that hunk o junk that was rebuilt and has 28's. I personally prefer a nice area where I don't have to worry about noise and all the other crap, I like comfort...and I can enjoy that with a decent vehicle. By the way, if you want to show status, a car doesn't really show how ballin' you are...a house does. Compare the values, it's quite obvious.

Well just because someone can paint, does not essentially make it art. Art takes time, practice, and more than one try usually. This is just money wasted.
People are going to look back at alot of these vehicles and wonder why we wasted our time with them.

Someday hundreds of years from now an archeologist will dig up a donk and wonder just how big the speedbumps in Florida used to be for somebody to build a car like that.

1. It's not my opinion it's truth. You think a bank cares if you own an '82 Cadillac with candy paint and 30's on it? They look to see what assets you own, such as a house. How much you owe on it, etc. Based off things like that, they determine your status.

Also, economics and the value of a human will prove my point further. Some people say you can't put a number on how much people are worth. Truth is, you can. Sure we're all human, but someone who owns numereous properties, is very wealthy, yatta yatta, say Donald Trump and a 28 year old working at Burger King, tell me, which person is more valuable to society? That 28 year old can be replaced by any one, but the what Donald Trump does, not everyone can do, thus, in economics, he is worth more, much more than that 28 year old. - I proved my point, thus you fail.
