There's no way anybody put $250 of parts and labor into your box.... I'd say $25 tops!

Man that sucks. Just sell the boxes, someone will buy them you might even could raise the price a little if they are nice boxes. Get some of the money up front next time like everyone else said.... This kind of stuff is why I am glad the way my business works, you send your amp for repair, you pay, if not, you don't get it back....
