Doing well in law school so far

Your idea is right...better opportunities for certain kinds of law right out of school with a nice high GPA. But as stated previously, one simple connection erases that need for a high GPA.
yea but I want to do everything I can for a great job, i am not going to go for grades over networking, I want to do both. I always heard that networking is the most important, but I figure if I can successfully network AND have good grades, I will be a very strong job candidate. So basically to me it seems that grades can't hurt at all, so might as well go for the good grades? And honestly I am not into the study 24/7 thing. I studied like crazy the last 2 weeks before finals and I felt I was more than prepared enough for my exams. I didn't outline and really didn't do much before finals except just jot down notes for each case in case i got called on in class, but honestly i do not really care about that so i only put in a minimal amount of time.

Lol no I'm majoring in "Computer Information Systems"
like coding and network administrations. Nothing like law school.
I'm a CIS major too //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif, currently rocking a 3.56 woot //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I'm talking when you're trying to find a career job. Grades don't really matter then. I'll be making the same amount with my 2.8 gpa as someone in my field that had a 4.0 all the way through college.
