Doing the gains on a Kicker ZX750.1

Hi, i just got a Kicker ZX750.1 for my Type-R and it has this bass level remote for it and was wondering where i should put the level on it when i am using a DMM to do the gains on it. Full max, or at zero? Thanks for any help. Also, where should i put the low-pass setting at when im doing the gains? All the way up?

ok, i see that part about the volume control, but dont see anything about my low-pass during setting

Put the low pass exactly where it will be when you listen to music. If you decide to readjust your low pass later, just double check the gains again afterwards.

And yes, remote on full.
