**** dog got into the trash...again!

my dog is about 12yrs old and she knows the rules, but twice in the past week she has managed to open the cabinet door and destroy the trash

the worst part is she eats just about anything that smells like food or has food on it so a few hours later she is throwing it up

anyone else have a dog that seems to do stuff just to piss you off?

ya i might have to, she hasnt been this much of a bitch for a while though so it really wasnt an issue until now

I had a Jack Russle pup that could open the refridge and cabinet doors. I had to lock them.

She stopped after a while. Then got another JR. And we found the trash ripped apart a few times. Always blamed the new JR, cause it never happened with just her. After she died, the trash thing stopped. So we were blaming him for her doing it. I felt bad about that. Hes a good dog now.

She must have been laughing when we would yell at him for it, and it was always her doing it..

Yeah my German Sheppherd would get in the trash sometimes, but hey, they are dogs. I have a lot of patience for dogs, because they run on instinct more than common sense, and can't control it as easy as people.

Unfornatatly, my dog had a brain tumor on the pretuatary gland, she she thought she was always hungry. Had to put her down.

This is the male. hes around 11yo.
