What VW do you have ? I have a sun faded 99 Burple tdi beetle with 5spd ..I keep eyeing that hatch area thinking ..hmmmmm ..but right now the dreaded foam of death is coming through the vents so no heat or AC and I don't have time to rip the dash out and spend two or three days fixing the blend door

It was ugly when I got it but I've cleaned her up nice.

Currently, I have one 12 on 4k but ill be upgrading to a better sub soon.

I could fit one in mine but I'm limited to 2 choices ..an 05 RE XXX 18 or a DD 9917/18 with yellow composite cone

Got the 0 gauge ran under the car and box installed with the 18. Sounds really good really gets to your chest buts it choked a little I can tell but can't do anything about it Bc there's not enough room. Thanks to everyone that helped me!

Thats basically what happened with me.

The sub just didn't have any room to breathe.
