I'm working on my website, and this image works on my computer and my brothers, but does not work on my gf's or other friend's computer. What gives? It's just a plain .gif file and I don't really know how to fix it.

It's the vibrating speaker at the top of this page. http://www.subguts.com

It says it's a jpeg.....I assume you mean on the main page before you click enter?

edit, I hit enter and there are two speakers at the top doing something. not sure I would call it vibrating.

Edit again, you need Image Dynamics in there!

The .gif works on my Mac in Safari and Firefox, works on my brothers computer with Windows XP and IE. Did not work on my gf's with Vista and IE. Perhaps it is Vista causing problems.

And I'm still working on it, as you can see. Don't worry I still have ID and about a million other brands to catalogue.

I have Vista running 32bit and firefox.

Also, good lookin' site, I will see what I can submit for ya!

Just opened it up, yep works in IE too.

You should find someone with google chrome also and check it out.

Also someone tell me if chrome is worth replacing firefox.

Wierd thing though. I use MSN Explorer, which is basically just a well-dressed IE. I get the GIF, but I also get this wierd black cross-hatching effect on the subs instead of the plain silver cone I get in Chrome.

Also, on the Chrome v FF note, Chrome seems a little faster to me, but FF is still a better browser. Easier to use, Add ons more easily available.
