Does this amp need a line output converter?

Does this Kicker key amp 200.4 need a line output converter if used with a factory radio? How does this thing work? Here is a link to the amp:

Damn that thing is tiny
It has a built in DSP so you shouldn't need a LOC
If you want the install to look nice you could use the speaker wire to RCA adapters but other than that you should be able to run high level right into the amp
