Its a diff sound from the SLC's, more forward and detailed. And yes, their tweeter used to be prettty much the one in the old Professional Vanadium sets of many years ago.

more forward and detail is about right. wit about 75 -85 watts on them right now,they sound pretty sweet. i wonder how would they sound wit about 125-150: anybody know!!
