Does sound proofing the car make a big difference?

Any kind of sound dampening makes a large difference.....actually everything you can do to seal sound and firm things makes a big difference.

I spent a night on my hatch door alone. Deadened and a layer of ccf.

Even the smallest amount of sound deadening helps.

Impossible. Deadening doesnt prevent noise like a sound barrier. It prevents rattles in panels from flexing. CCF prevents panels and other internal parts from rubbing on and rattling against each other. MLV prevents road noise.
