Does Size Really Matter?

Hypothetic question: Same company, series, and power being sent to them. Would a 18 get noticably louder than than a 15?

I have a Treo SSI15 and its loud, but I've run up on a deal for a SSI18. If put in optimal enclosures on the same exact power and load, would I notice a big difference in output?

assuming box type and size are proportional, the 18's would offer better sensitivity from the larger cone area.
