Does gnomeaudio and RE contact you?

I will, its just when I have contacted them both at least 3 times, weekdays, nights, weekends, etc. and none of them reply or show interest in me it kind of makes me leery..

We're not open nights or weekends... that might be 2/3 of your problem.

We get over 200 emails per day at Sales@respl.com

Sometimes there is not way to reply to every single email the same day they come in.

We also have 3 open phone lines at RE. If you end up getting an answering machine it is because all 3 lines are tied up at that time. If you dont want to leave a message...call back. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

 
I'm having the same problems as our friend david.

I get anywhere from 50-100 emails a day, so it's kinda hard to keep track of who's gotten a reply and who hasn't. If you have a question or would like a quote, please send an email or reply to this thread.

I just called RE last week, talked to the guy for about 20 mins. Then called back about an hour later.... no answer. This was around 2pm PST. When I finally got through, the rep told me the reason there was no answer, is becuase they are swamped with call. Exremely busy, especialy with this HC special their running.

PS: RE's amps should be out on the market around March.

Yeah I sent an email like [thursday night/friday early morning] asking if you had got my payment that I sent out mid-january and a far-fetched estimate date of when it might be ready. I had the e12kx.22 sealed @ 1.0 from chicago.

 
Why don't you people just use the email receipt option, to make sure the email has been read.
a lot of individuals and companies have the return receipt function set to auto-deny, for many different reasons. so, more often than not, it wouldn't work.

if you were the guy that sent me the moneyorder for $17.50, email me so I can confirm your final payment. that box has been ready to ship for a while now, but every time i email you i get a "delivery subsystem return". As soon as you send final payment and shipping, I'll get it out to you.
