A while back we had an issue switching servers that led to our domain ending up on an spamming RBL (realtime block list) and there has been a few cases where outgoing email that is going to certain domains is still being blocked.. We also had a issue where the email from our website was being treated the same way, and once the automated system on our website sent them, they never got to me..
I personally answer ALL the emails coming from our website and to my knowledge there hasnt been any email I have received that hasnt been answered.. I am pretty fanatical about answering emails, and answering them quick..
