We also had a issue where the email from our website was being treated the same way, and once the automated system on our website sent them, they never got to me..I personally answer ALL the emails coming from our website and to my knowledge there hasnt been any email I have received that hasnt been answered.. I am pretty fanatical about answering emails, and answering them quick..I just got back in the office this morning from the holiday break, 2 weeks away from the shop has driven me NUTS!!
