Does anyone in the Mi area build boxes?

Im looking for the rates on a box to be built, mainly for a first gen neon and for the 12" SE sub. Basically Im looking for spl, doesnt matter to me weather its sealed or ported, but as far as I understand ported tends to be better if its done correctly. Also would a 15in SE sound better than a 12in SE under the same power (phoenix gold 600.1) I did see the cartunes thing under the local reviews area but I would perfer if it wasnt a larger buisness, Ive had trouble with buisnesses in the past.
