does any body know how to discharge

Just unhook it and leave it in your house for a week. That'd be the safe way. Caps (by design) generally "leak" power like a paper cup with a pinhole in the bottom.

Alternatively, if you're in an incredible rush, unhook your battery, and turn your key on. Your system will draw from the cap because it's the only source of power. Give that about 2 seconds and your cap will be 100% drained.

Ever seen an electrolytic go bad slowly? They discharge this milky, white, pus-like goo from the top of the cap...no joke.

u better get a rubber or latex cover on it when discharging it or u could have some sort of accident.
