I have now called them 3 times on different questions.
Each time the person had no clue what the hell I was asking.
I mean I feel like I know more about their products than they do. Hell I think Best Buy employees now more than them.
Do they have any elevated support where you can talk to "real" experts?
Also why no forum or email support from them?
