Dodge Wiring Harness Help

Hello, I'm pretty much a noob at doing installs but I'm doing a basic one on a Dodge Ram. I have the wiring harness for it and was about to start connecting it to the HU (Kenwood) wiring when I noticed a few things that puzzled me.

For starters the harness has 2 yellow wires but the deck wiring only has 1 so I'm not sure if I'm suppose to hook one harness wire to the deck and the other somewhere else or what.

Another issue is the harness has 2 blacks and the deck again has 1. Should I be connecting one the harness blacks to the HU and the other harness black to the chassis, all three straight to the chassis, or what?

I tried to search the forums but didn't have to much luck. Thanks for the help.

BTW the blue thing represents a butt connector.

Also on the wiring harness is the blue and white wire with 'amp turn-on' wrote on it the same as the blue and white wire labled 'P. CONT' on the HU wiring the same thing? I cant reall tell cause the harness blue is a little lighter then the HU blue. If they are the same they should be connected even though no external amp is being used right or wrong?

yes hook blue/white to blue/white some dodges have factory amps

Nice. How hard is it to get the dash piece off? I've never messed with a Ram, just Dakota and Intrepid. I'm not even sure where to start in takin that off. (04 Ram BTW)
